Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview & Commitment to Transparency

At SparkLayer Hub Co., we maintain high instructional standards by strictly capping our mentorship cohorts and dedicating substantial preparation time to each trader's historical logs. Because our coaching involves dedicated 1-on-1 practitioner time and customized diagnostic reporting, we have established clear, fair guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and session rescheduling.

2. Refund Eligibility & Timeframes by Program

A. 1-on-1 Price Action Mentorship Clinic (8 Weeks)

• Prior to Program Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 calendar days before your scheduled Week 1 kickoff session, you are eligible for a full 100% refund of tuition paid, minus standard payment processing fees (approx. 3%).
• Within the First 14 Days (Weeks 1 & 2): If you determine that the coaching format does not match your learning style after completing the first two clinical sessions, you may request a pro-rated partial refund for all remaining unperformed coaching weeks (6 out of 8 weeks), provided you have submitted the required weekly logs.
• After Week 3: Once Week 3 has commenced and customized Playbook blueprints have been delivered, tuition is non-refundable. However, you may pause unutilized hours for up to 6 months due to health or emergency circumstances.

B. Candlestick Structure Masterclass (Weekend Workshop)

• Advance Cancellation: Cancellations submitted at least 5 business days prior to the workshop date receive a 100% refund.
• Late Notice: Cancellations made within 5 business days of the workshop date are eligible for a 50% refund, or a 100% credit transfer to the next scheduled cohort.
• Post-Workshop: Once workshop materials, live sessions, and recording archives have been accessed, fees are non-refundable.

C. Forensic Trade Journal & Risk Audit

• Prior to Audit Analysis: Full refund if cancelled prior to the transmission of your trade logs.
• Work in Progress: Once our analysts have begun ingesting trade logs and generating expectancy charts, a 50% cancellation fee applies to compensate for analyst time.
• Completed Reports: Once the 15-page diagnostic report and 90-minute debrief consultation have been delivered, audit fees are non-refundable.

3. Session Rescheduling & No-Show Terms

We recognize that live trading schedules fluctuate. To reschedule a 1-on-1 mentorship session without penalty:

• 24-Hour Notice: Please notify Coach Cha Sunmi at least 24 hours in advance via email or direct message. We will reschedule your clinical hour to an agreeable alternate slot within that same calendar week.
• No-Shows / Short Notice: Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice or missing a scheduled clinical session without communication will result in the forfeiture of that session's 90-minute allotment.

4. Refund Request Process & Processing Times

To formally submit a refund request:

1. Send an email to info@sparklayerhub.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Full Name].
2. Include your enrolled program name, date of payment, and a brief statement of your cancellation rationale.
3. Our administration desk will review and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (credit card or direct bank transfer) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
