1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at https://sparklayerhub.click, enrolling in coaching clinics, or utilizing any educational services provided by SparkLayer Hub Co. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using this site or enrolling in our programs.

2. Educational & Non-Advisory Nature of Services

All content, coaching sessions, candlestick anatomy analysis, chart diagnostics, trade journal audits, and instructional materials provided by SparkLayer Hub Co. are delivered solely for general technical analysis education and informational purposes.

• No Financial Advice: We do not provide individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• No Managed Accounts: SparkLayer Hub Co. does not manage investor funds or execute trades on behalf of clients.
• Trading Risk Acknowledgement: Trading financial instruments (including equities, futures, options, commodities, and foreign exchange) involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and capital allocations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary instructional frameworks, chart reference manuals, slide decks, diagrams, written analyses, and video recordings produced by SparkLayer Hub Co. and Cha Sunmi are the exclusive intellectual property of SparkLayer Hub Co. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal educational use. You agree not to distribute, resell, screen-record for distribution, or publicly broadcast any course materials without our prior written consent.

4. Enrollment, Scheduling & Clinic Conduct

Participants in 1-on-1 mentorships and cohort workshops agree to maintain respectful, professional conduct during live sessions. Session rescheduling requires at least 24 hours advance notice to accommodate calendar allocations. Failure to appear for scheduled sessions without timely notice may result in forfeiture of that clinical hour.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, SparkLayer Hub Co., its founder Cha Sunmi, and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on our technical training, market interpretations, or inability to access our services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ulsan, South Korea.
